Pluto is a Disney comics character.
He is Mickey Mouse's dog.
He first appeared in "The Chain Gang" but he didn't have a name. Then he appeared in "The Picnic" as Minnie's dog Rover. Then he appeared in "The Moose Hunt" as Mickey's dog Pluto. Pluto was named after the planet, which had just been discovered at that time.
Some of Pluto's friends include Minnie's dog Fifi who is his first girlfriend, Dinah who is his second girlfriend, and Ronnie the St Bernard Puppy. Pluto's enemies include Butch the Bulldog, Figaro the Kitten, Chip 'n' Dale, Buzz the Bee, and many others.
