Billy is the brains of the group, and as such, is the most technically minded of the Rangers. Despite his great intelligence, Billy is rather insecure of his abilities as a fighter. In spite of his insecurities, Billy is just as heroic as his friends and is always willing to help save the day. Billy is generally kind and compassionate to others.
